1. Definitions

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures including submission of CNIC, passport or other identity documents required by zs777k.
• "Services" means all products, features, games, betting markets, tools and support functions made available through the zs777k platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing zs777k.app, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the zs777k platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and zs777k with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. zs777k reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in accordance with Section 13.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of zs777k is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zs777k enforces a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from the zs777k platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You understand that online gaming may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you before registering or placing bets.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on zs777k. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered using different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses by the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. zs777k accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.2 KYC Verification

zs777k requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at zs777k's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zs777k account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication devices. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified zs777k of a security compromise. zs777k strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Withdrawals

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the zs777k platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading registration information, including false identity documents during KYC.
• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Using the zs777k platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or engaging in any form of chip dumping.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of non-public information that would constitute market manipulation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the zs777k platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the intellectual property of zs777k or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zs777k intellectual property without prior written consent. The zs777k name and logo may not be used in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs777k shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside zs777k's reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including failure to safeguard account credentials.
• Decisions made on the basis of information published on the zs777k platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

In all cases, zs777k's aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to their zs777k account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

zs777k is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to all registered Members, accessible through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts in PKR. Once a limit is set, it takes immediate effect and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into zs777k continuously for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing the account permanently.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed to zs777k's satisfaction.
• Suspicious or fraudulent account activity is detected.
• Required by law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Members may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the zs777k support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding amounts owed. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure.

13. Amendments to Terms

zs777k reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification to the registered address and/or by a notice on the platform login page. Continued use of the zs777k platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account pursuant to Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs777k is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved informally through the zs777k complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded by contract.
